As our needs shift over time, so does the meaning of “home.” The bar is being raised for our expectations of how homes are designed, built and maintained. The WELL for residential program establishes a new benchmark for architects, builders, developers and operators to create healthier, more resilient homes. In this session we’ll explore this first-of-its-kind program and hear from those participating in the pilot. Learn about the process of planning for and implementing the program as well as how to foster health in your own home.
