Join the Los Angeles Sustainability Executives Roundtable (LASER) and USGBC-CA for an exclusive tour of the newly transformed Universal Studios Lot. The tour will cover The Commons – a new LEED Platinum building that includes dining options, three theaters and dedicated special event space, One Universal – a 350,000 square-foot LEED Platinum creative office building, and a California-inspired landscaped paseo that connects the two buildings with 10,000 square feet of green space.
The tour will provide visitors an in-depth look at the sustainability features that were incorporated in the design and construction of the project, following NBCUniversal’s 2023 commitment for all new offices, studios, and theme parks to be LEED Gold or better.
After the tour, guests will enjoy a reception with drinks and light, vegan appetizers on the scenic rooftop deck for a ceremony where the two buildings will receive their platinum plaques from the USGBC team.
